Receive your mobile and broadband bills to your registered email address. You can do this by:
Step 1: Update your enrolled email address here. This is important so that your bills will be sent to the correct address.
Step 2: Receive bulk bills for companies with a Gmail email linked to Google Drive. If you are the company representative (assigned SPOC), and you have a view of your company’s bills, a summary of your bills will be sent to your registered email address or via Google Drive only.
Step 1: For Mobile subscribers – GlobeOne can manage all your Globe accounts and records with one easy-to-use app. You don’t have to line up at any stores or talk to a customer service representative on the phone. To register:
Step 2: For broadband subscribers – Chat with us on our page to request a copy of your bill. Available 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.
Pay your Globe myBusiness bills online using GCash or credit and debit cards through this link. It gives you the flexibility to pay in bulk or for individual accounts. Best of all, it is posted in near real-time. Here are the simple steps:
Step 1: Go to globe.com.ph/paybillcorp
Step 2: Type in your mobile, landline, or account number
Step 3: Enter the amount to pay.
Step 4: Choose payment option: GCash, credit card, or debit card.
Step 5: Add your email to receive your official receipt.
Note: Payments made via Globe’s online payment facility will be posted near real-time and your official receipt will be viewable the next day via the GlobeOne app.
If you have an online account with any of our partner banks, you may use their payment services feature to pay for your Globe myBusiness postpaid or broadband bill. For more information, you may contact your bank directly.

Paying your bills can be as easy as a few clicks. Note that procedures may vary per bank. Contact your bank for enrollment-related inquiries.
Step 1: Open an online account
Step 2: If you already have an online banking account, enroll your Globe bill using your account number.
Step 3: Pay your bill
Wire transfer is a transfer of funds done electronically across a network of banks. Senders pay for the transaction at the remitting bank and provide the recipient’s name, bank account number, and the amount to be transferred.
To do this:
Step 1: Contact your bank to request a wire transfer to Globe’s depository accounts at Standard Chartered and JP Morgan banks:
Note: Different banks will have their own set of requirements. You may be directed to their online banking platform to do wire transfer. Banks will ask you to provide the recipient’s name, bank account number, and amount to be transferred.
Step 2: IMPORTANT! Once the payment goes through, fill out the form at http://glbe.co/billpay to send your payment breakdown. Indicate the payment amount you are allocating for each of your accounts. This is to ensure that your payment will be posted to the right accounts.
Note: The posting of your payment and the issuance of the official receipt will be automatically processed within 4 business days after submitting the form. The official receipt will be sent to the email address you registered in the form.
To know more information about paying via direct deposit to Globe’s bank accounts, you may contact your Globe myBusiness Account Manager.
You may now use the Electronic Creditable Withholding Tax or the eCWT Portal to automate processing CWT certificates. This will replace the printing and manual submission of BIR Forms 2306 and 2307.
With the eCWT Portal, you can submit your CWT certificates while you work from the safety of your home. The eCWT portal is duly approved and supported by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) through BIR Memorandum Circular no. 121-2019.
